The 40th Annual Oklahoma Conference on Aging will be May 5-7, 2015 at the Embassy Suites Norman - Hotel and Conference Center in Norman, Oklahoma.

This year’s conference theme of “Celebrate. Discover. Embrace.” reflects many meanings including celebrating achievements, learning and discovering new ideas, and embracing the future. The ideas apply to many aspects of living an active and engaged life.

The conference will:

  • Provide information on the latest information regarding issues affecting older Oklahomans.
  • Provide information about important services and programs for older Oklahomans, including health and wellness information.
  • Raise awareness of aging issues.
  • Expose attendees to best practices in order to better serve the aging population.

Who Should Attend

Seniors, professionals, students, advocates and anyone interested in older adult issues and meeting the needs of older Oklahomans – the fastest growing segment of the state’s population. 

SENIOR DAY – May 5, 2015

Senior Day is May 5 and is FREE for Oklahomans 60 and older. Senior Day is filled with informative speakers, a wellness expo, awards luncheon, film festival and exhibit hall.

PROFESSIONAL DAYS - May 6 and 7, 2015

These days provide training and support for professionals, students and advocates in the field of aging. Hear from distinguished national speakers and other professionals about important issues facing older Oklahomans and those in the field of aging.
